We are a 24 hour mobile service supplying first aid and pain relief to patients. This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays. As we are a mobile service, we are unable to provide intensive care or care that requires your pet to be hospitalised.

Call Out Fees for Out of Hours Services
(call out fees required after 6pm up until 8.30am the following day. These are in addition to zone and service fees)
Evening between 6pm-8pm £150
Evening between 8-10pm £200
Evening between 10pm-8.30am £300
Weekend/Bank Holiday up to 6pm £200
Weekend/Bank Holiday 6pm-8.30am £350
